Introduction:
Burmese pythons are native to Southeast Asia. Some of them were released in Florida and became a breeding population in South Florida. They feed on mammals, birds, and crocodilian species. Some abiotic and biotic factors may affect the python population in a positive or a negative way. They are considered as an invasive species.
In 1980s, the Burmese pythons were found for the first time, which was rare in number. The data in the graph shown below are determined on the basis of the python encountered on the road.
