Introduction:

A life table helps the researchers to predict the python population and other details. Details such as survivorship and fecundity must be obtained to construct a life table to track the cohort of pythons. The survivorship is the fraction of the population that survives, on an average, to a particular age. Fecundity refers to the ability to produce an abundant number of new offspring. The reason that both fecundity and survivorship cannot occur together is the fitness trade-offs.
