First is the changing the temperature of vapor to its boiling point (100°C), second is the phase transition of vapor to liquid water, third is the cooling the liquid to its freezing point (0°C), the fourth is the phase transition liquid water to ice and the fifth is the cooling of the ice to -20°C.
