Random guess game

Program plan:

• Include the required header files.
• Define the “GuessGame” class
  • Define the main method.
    • Display the output message
    • Declare the “i” variable and set 0 as a value
    • Check “i” less than 1000000
      • Decrement the “i” value
    • Declare an object for “Scanner” class.
    • Declare the required variables.
    • Check minimum value is less than or equal to maximum value.
      • Create an object for “Random” class.
      • Generate the number between minimum and maximum value
      • Increment the “guess_count” value
      • Get the user guessed number is correct or not
      • If it is correct, then exit the loop
        • Display the statement
        • Break the loop
