To describe:

An experiment that shows that the proteins move in membrane.

Introduction:

The plasma membrane is a semipermeable membrane, which forms a barrier between the external and internal environment of the cell. The plasma membrane is comprised of lipids and proteins. The lipid molecules in the plasma membrane move around their own axis, transversally and from one layer to another through flip-flop movement. Similarly, the proteins also move in the membrane.
