• Define the “Main” class
• Define the main method
  • Declare an object for “Scanner” class.
  • Get an integer number from the user.
  • Check the number is greater than one billion or not.
    • Display the given number is greater than one billion.
  • Otherwise,
    • Declare the variable.
    • Check the input value is greater than or equal to 10 and less than 100 or not.
      • Assign the “d” as 2.
        • Check the input value is greater than or equal to 100 and less than 1000 or not.
        • • Assign the “d” as 3.
        • Check the input value is greater than or equal to 1000 and less than 10000 or not.
        • • Assign the “d” as 4.
        • Check the input value is greater than or equal to 10000 and less than 100000 or not.
        • • Assign the “d” as 5.
        • Check the input value is greater than or equal to 100000 and less than 1000000 or not.
        • • Assign the “d” as 6.
        • Check the input value is greater than or equal to 1000000 and less than 10000000 or not.
        • • Assign the “d” as 7.
        • Check the input value is greater than or equal to 10000000 and less than 100000000 or not.
        • • Assign the “d” as 8.
