Diversity is an ideology prevailing in any organization. Employees that are different from each other in terms of race, religion, gender, values, morals et cetera could be seen in organizations anywhere in the world. It is indeed considered as a strength to an organization within the current context. The levels of diversity prevailing within organizations are twofold. Understanding surface-level and deep-level diversities together with how they differ from each other is important to an organization.
