Explanation of Solution

Steps undergone to do a clean install on a qualifying computer:

• In the beginning, select a bootable media through which the Windows Operating System (OS) will be installed and then the user will be able to make use of Windows 10 OS.
• After that, move on to the BIOS to make sure that the bootable media that the user use is there in the list. If not, then inject the media to add it to the list.
• Then, restart the PC or laptop of the user to install the operating system. Click next and select the version of windows, language, and all the stuff that the user needs.
