According to the diagram, O chose point B when the price of both pizza and yogurt became double. In this case, the budget line will move but does not affect its slop. If the price will fall as the one third of the income remains unchanged, then the budget line shows an outward movement without changing its slop. This will be represented by point E. When O faces a doubling in his income and price, his budget line will not change and he will chose point A for the consumption.
