To determine:

The advantages and disadvantages of low-carb dieters diet and if the government should regulate the claims of diet books. To determine the way in which the claims can be tested and if diet proponents should be required to obtain and publish data before making claims.

Introduction:

Obesity is the condition in which the person’s BMI exceeds above the desirable weight which cause negative effect on the body. So the individual is considered as obese. Obesity occurs due to deposition of excess fat in adipose tissue than the normal required quantity.
