• Import the statements.
• Inside the “RegularEnglishVerb” class,
  • Declare two “string” variables and execute “for” loop.
  • Execute “if” condition and then return the value.
• Inside the “main” method,
  • Declare the scanner variable for getting user input.
  • Print the statement and define the variables “sentence”, “verb”, “noun” and “tenses”.
  • Define “if” condition and execute the statement.
  • Otherwise execute “elseif” condition.
  • Print the statement.
