It is accessed with the help of internet on devices such as laptop, desktop, smart phones, and tablets.
Given scenario:
Two incidents of students wearing blackface mask and posting pictures on social media is given. In one of the incidents, the students were expelled from the University for such types of offensive jokes based on race.
