Program plan:

• Create new Windows Forms Application.
• Design the form by placing the labels, textbox, and button and then change their name and properties.
• Inside the “Calculate” button,
  • Declare required variables.
  • Parse the order values.
  • Assign the upper case value to the “card”.
  • Check whether “order” is greater than “100” and “card” equals to “Y”.
    • Assign the “shipping” as “0”.
    • Otherwise, assign the value of shipping as “9”.
  • Assign the text value to the “lblShipping”.
• Inside the “Exit” button,
  • Close the form.
• Inside the “Clear” button,
  • Clear the form.
