Asian turtle is an endangered species which is being hunt for its meat and its skin on large scale. Smuggling and business of some rarely found animals or any other organism is being conducted on a very big scale. There are some millionaires who use these animals or organisms to show off as their pets and some hunters kill them to sell their tough skin for leather industry and to eat their meat. Thus, these rare species are being overexploited and that resulting in their extinction.

Based on some studies it can be said that extinction or overexploitation of some animals more or less depends on buyers and sellers. Buyers purchase them for their social benefits as they can show off some very highly priced pets or the economic benefits as they can use them in their factory of leather or production of meat

Commercially Asian turtle are being highly exploited as they have long life span and mature lately mostly in decade. They pick reproductive aged turtles which are helpful in drawing more money for sellers.

Conclusion

The buyers and sellers are unknowingly involve in huge loss of nature by the overexploitation of Asian turtle or any other organism as this is resulting in the extinction of species.
