“if/else if” statement:

In the “if/else if” statements, the “if” statement is executed only if the condition becomes true; otherwise, the “else if” part gets executed, and so on. If the condition cannot be validated the “else” part executed on the program.

• The statements should be enclosed within the braces “{}”.
• The variables declared inside the condition statement can differ for each “if” and “else if” statement.
