Introduction:
Communication is the process of transmitting information from the sender to the receiver through a communication media and waits for a reply called the feedback from the receiver. When new rules or strategies are to be implemented its rationally hard. Therefore, especially when the crowd is large, and the message is sensitive, the communication channel, information to be communicated and may other important factors need to be analyzed. Any error or problems in one of the communication tools may lead to inefficiencies, slow decision making etc. this could be addressed using communication channels.
