Case summary:

Nangane, a 76 year old lady fell down and broke her hip. She was admitted to SNF (skilled nursing facility) for treatment buther discomfort reached a very high level during her stay under the skilled nursing team, as the norms of this system werejust the opposite of what she followed. Later, the physicians made an effort to improve Nangane’s experience and finally, she was pleased with the therapy team’s interest in her culture. Refer to case study 1 of chapter 4.
