To list: The planes in which each movement of shoulder girdle occurs and the axis of rotation for each movement in the plane.
Introduction: The pectoral girdle or shoulder girdle is the set of bone present in the appendicular skeleton. It joins the arm on each side. The primary function of the shoulder girdle is to provide strength and range of movement to the arm.

Explanation of Solution
a. adduction:
The opposing movement that brings the limb across the midline or toward the body. The transverse is planes of motion in which the adduction of the shoulder girdle occurs. Vertical is the axis of rotation for the adduction in the shoulder girdle.
b.abduction:
Any movement of the limb or the body parts that pulla away from the midline is called abduction. The planes of motion for the abduction in the shoulder girdle is transverse. The vertical axis is the axis of rotation for the abduction in the shoulder girdle.
c. Rotation upward:
It is a rotation about an axis perpendicular to the scapula plane. The lower and upper section of the trapezius and the serratus anterior muscle are primarily accountable for upward rotation. The plane of motion for upward rotation in the shoulder girdle is frontal. The axis of rotation for the upward rotation is the sagittal axis.
d. Rotation downward:
The downward rotation is the rotation of the lower scapula towards the rib cage as in moving the arm behind the back. The plane of motion for the downward rotation in the shoulder girdle is frontal. The axis of rotation for the downward rotation is sagittal.
e. Elevation:
The elevation of the shoulder girdle is defined as the movement where the scapula moves in an upwards or superior direction occurring at the Sternoclavicular joints. The plane of motion for the elevation in the shoulder girdle is transverse. The axis of rotation for the elevation is the vertical axis.
f. Depression:
The reverse of the elevation movement is depression. The plane of motion for the depression in the shoulder girdle is transverse. The axis of rotation for the depression is the vertical axis.

- ✓ Details Draw a protein that is embedded in a membrane (a transmembrane protein), label the lipid bilayer and the protein. Identify the areas of the lipid bilayer that are hydrophobic and hydrophilic. Draw a membrane with two transporters: a proton pump transporter that uses ATP to generate a proton gradient, and a second transporter that moves glucose by secondary active transport (cartoon-like is ok). It will be important to show protons moving in the correct direction, and that the transporter that is powered by secondary active transport is logically related to the proton pump.arrow_forwarddrawing chemical structure of ATP. please draw in and label whats asked.
