Introduction:

Health and safety is one of the main functions of the larger domain of Human Resource Management. The responsibility to ensure that the workplace is safe and sound for the employees to work lies in the hands of the employer. However, everyone within an organization carries a portion of responsibility to ensure that safety measures are in place and most importantly, are practiced or followed accordingly.
