FSH (Follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (Luteinizing hormone) are synthesized by the gonadotropic cells of the anterior pituitary gland. When secreted it helps in regulation of the sexual development, pubertal maturation, growth, and in reproductive processes in the individual.
