To explain:

The way in which biologist identify the genes that control behavior in a fruitfly and the reason for why it might be difficult to identify the similar genes in humans.

Concept introduction:

There are certain structures that govern and control all the traits in an organism. They are called chromosomes. Chromosomes are the hereditary structures that have certain portions called genes. These are the actual structures on which entire hereditary traits and inheritance of traits depends as they are certain portions of a chromosome that code proteins.
