Large forests have been removed by timber harvest. The land had not been replanted. There is a decrease in the level of humidity and rainfall.
Introduction:
Considering water cycle, we see that trees play an important role in recycling of moisture from the soil, through vegetation into the atmosphere. From t it proceeds to the formation of water-bearing clouds that ultimately cause rainfall passing through many steps.
