The STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) are infections that are transmitted through the sexual activity mainly oral, anal and vaginal intercourse. The most effective way is sexual abstinence that is not having sex. There are various kinds of STDs and AIDS (acquired immune deficiency syndrome) is one of them.
