Concept introduction:

The closed circulatory system that consists of the lymph vessels, lymph capillaries and lymph nodes is known as the lymphatic system. The fluid that circulates in this system is known as lymph. Interstitial fluid from the interstitial spaces of tissue moves into the capillaries of the lymphatic system to become lymph.
