The team included five members: myself, two training specialists, an HR representative, and a team leader. Our work environment was a mix of virtual and collocated, with weekly in-person meetings and frequent virtual check-ins. Reflecting on our process, it's evident that parts of “Tuckman's model”(Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning) were present in the development and completion of the project. Do you think only clarifying roles and fostering trust would have resolved the issue you had experienced?
