Introduction:
The largest fishes present in the ocean depends on sea’s smallest organisms for their food. It includes a number of massive plankton-feeding elasmobranchs. Elasmobranchs is a group of fishes that includes rays and sharks. These fish species are evolved the adaptations to gulp a huge amount of water followed by filtering of plankton, shrimp and small fishes. These filter- feeding species evolved their particular diet and feeding morphology independent to each other.
