The type of signaling that would enable hypothalamus to give a response to a large variety of infectious organisms and to determine whether there is any disadvantage to that type of signaling system.

Introduction:

A cell is interacting internal and exterior environment by means of signaling pathways and molecules. The pathways and molecules regulate the basic and normal activities and various actions in a cell. There are various types of chemicals that function as signaling molecules. The most important are: neurotransmitters, growth factors, components of extracellular matrix, and hormones.
