Introduction:
The aquatic biome is the largest biome present on Earth. This biome is divided into two regions: freshwater biomes (surface water, ice caps, rivers and ponds) and marine biome (estuaries and oceans). The availability of sunlight decreases as the depth of an aquatic biome increases. The nutrients are mostly available to the bottom dwellers where light is least.

3. Nodal-> Nodal, Fox1 binding site
4. BMP4 on outside-> nodal
Are all of these occuring opposite to AVE?
