Introduction:
Fungi are eukaryotic organisms. It has a cell membrane and cell wall as cell boundary. Cell membrane is the outermost boundary of an animal cell. It is composed of a bilayer of the phospholipids. The fungus contains a rigid cell wall over cell membrane that contains complex polysaccharides called chitin and glucans. Animal cell contains cholesterol in the cell membrane that is replaced by ergosterol in the fungi cell membrane.
