• Laws and legal procedure are most important as they reflect society’s ethical principles.
• Moral and ethical responsibility on workers, employees and companies sets obligation to avoid doing any harm.
• Every corporate must act responsible towards social responsibility and should show philanthropic qualities to promote generalised social welfare schemes.
