Firmware Update:
Firmware is specially designed computer that is designated to perform a particular task. These devices generally have a low-level control on other peripherals.
This firmware software is the program that contains instruction which enables machine to run.
The firmware updates are the improvements made in the existing software by the manufacturer to satisfy consumer’s need.
The operating system is the software that governs the basic functions of the computer system such as carrying out chronological sequence of activities performed by computer and providing control over peripherals added with the computer system.
The operating system is responsible for the coordination between the hardware and the software of the computer system.
The improvements made in the operating system come as an update from developer’s side and the main aim of this update is to fix the bugs present in the previous version of operating system. Such updates are known as operating system update.
