Summary Introduction

To explain:

The cultural elements of a classroom with the use of the dimensions used to explain organizational culture and the means by which it pressurizes trainers and students.

Introduction:

In understanding the culture of an organization, seven dimensions are generally being used. They are how much attention is being given to details, the focus towards outcomes, the focus towards people, the focus towards teams, fierceness, firmness, and novelty and risk averseness. Using these dimensions, the culture that prevails within an entity could be determined. It is not only organizations that have unique cultures. Even certain departments within organizations or classrooms in a college could entertain a culture that is unique to its members. Such cultures could also be elaborated by using the dimensions aforesaid.
