But managers from older generations are well versed in effective writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills. This leads them to have higher expectations from younger generation. They are of the view that being the younger generation, they are in better colleges with better facilities and they should have writing proficiency. But one must understand that this kind of proficiency comes with practice.
