Introduction:

Many organisms attack other organisms and cause infectious diseases. All organisms have a well-defined organ system that fights with these pathogens and protect the body from infectious diseases. This organ system is called the immune system. The scientists have discovered a technique in which microbes are used to enhance the immune system. This method is termed as vaccination. The substance that contains weak or attenuated form of microbes to enhance the activity of immune system is termed as vaccine.
