Introduction:

Immunity is defined as the ability of the multicellular organisms to fight against the foreign bodies that can be potentially harmful to the organisms. Immunity can be of four different types namely innate, acquired, active, and passive immunity. The innate immunity is nonspecific immunity and prevents the entry of the pathogens, and adaptive immunity is specific immunity that fights against the pathogens once they enter the body.
