What measures would you employ to stop the spread of new influenza in the United States and where would the first cases of such pandemic influenza is present, in the metropolitan or in the rural Midwest areas?

Concept introduction:

The influenza is an infectious disease, it is commonly called as the flu. It is caused by the influenza virus. The most common symptoms of this disease include runny nose, muscle pain, headache, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, high fever and feeling tired. It is difficult to distinguish between the influenza and the common cold in the initial stages of these infections.
