Introduction: Basidiocarp is formed from the dikaryotic secondary mycelium. These are reproductive structure and contain gills. These gills have basidia cells which undergo karyogamy and meiosis to form spores. These fruiting bodies are formed by members of Basidiomycetes.
To explain: Whether the absence of mushrooms in an individual’s lawn can be concluded as “no fungi live there”.
