Purpose of given program:

The program is to create a circle by clicking a mouse in blank area of the output window. It extends the “Pane” class which is used to make a pane for circles, the circle is painted if it is connected otherwise it is unfilled. It has many methods to check overlapping of circles, get number of vertices, etc.
