The physician explains to 23-year-old Monica that she requires to cut down weight on some exercise and gains some weight in order to conceive.

Introduction:

Monica exercises regularly and has a buff body, doctors ask her to reduce a part of her exercise program, gain some weight so that she can achieve her target of pregnancy. She argues that she will gain weight once she is pregnant; however for getting pregnant also a balance body weight is required.
