The position of the uterus with the help of the ligaments.
Introduction:
The uterus is a pear-shaped organ that is slightly tilted toward the anterior and superior side of the urinary bladder. The slight anterior tilt of the uterus is normal and this position is called anteflexion. In this position, the uterus appears as a C structure going forward, such that the cervix makes the entry to the wall of the vagina almost at a right angle.
