Introduction:
Testosterone, an androgen hormone, influences the male reproductive organ development and its associated secondary sexual characters. It indirectly increases the sperm production in the testes by inducting the sertoli (nurse cells) in seminiferous tubules of the testes. Testosterone makes the sperm maturation and development by its indirect binding efficacy with the sertoli cells.
