When the student nurse visited the patient to take vital, the nurse extern could observe that the patient’s foot is hanging on the edge of the cot. After taking vitals, the nurse extern turned to wash her hands, the mother also turned to grab something from her bag, suddenly both of them hears a loud thud followed by crying. The child patient had fallen down from the bed and her mother is soothing her.
