Mechanoreceptors are the sensory receptors in the skin of the human body which detects the touch and pressure. Chemoreceptors are responsible for the sense of smell and taste and based on the ability to detect the chemicals. Photoreceptors are the sensory receptors present in the retina of the eyes and are responsible for the sense of vision.
