Introduction:

DNA synthesis takes place on the parallel and antiparallel strand of DNA in the 5'3' and 3'5' direction through the action of enzyme DNA polymerase. Nucleotides dNTPs are added along with the addition of Okazaki fragments for the synthesis of template of DNA. There are two strands formed, one is the leading strand and other is the lagging strand of DNA.
