To label: The flu epidemics.
Introduction:
The way through which disease develops in different groups of people or geographical area and in different areas, is called as epidemiology. There are three types of diseases based on the area, endemic, epidemic and pandemic.
To explain: The biennial fluctuation in the number cases.
Introduction:
Antigenic drift mechanism cause variation in viruses which consists of mutations in the genes that codes for antibody binding sites. It would lead to introduce a new strain of virus that is hard to remove by the antibodies as they did for previous strains. It results in more transmission of the virus in all over the population, which has partial immunity.
To explain: The process of epidemics.
Introduction:
The way through which disease develops in different groups of people or geographical area and in different areas, is called as epidemiology. Antigenic shift is a mechanism in which two or more virus strains assembled to produce a new subtype along with a group of surface antigens of the two or more natural strains.
