Calculation:

It has been given that daily value of carbohydrates is 300 grams.

Hence, 95% of daily value of carbohydrates should be equal to 95% of 300

In order to find 95% of 300 , subtract 5 % of 300 from 100% of 300

The percent table for this reasoning is shown below.

    10%300÷10=30
    5%30÷2=15
    95%30015=285

Therefore, 285 grams should be equal to 95% of daily value of carbohydrates.
