Introduction:

The trans fats are a type of unsaturated fat that is produced by the hydrogenation of vegetable fats, especially from margarine, snack food and frying foods that produce solid fats. Saturated fats contain a fatty acid molecule, which has a single bond present between the two carbon atoms. The trans fats are unhealthy for the human body because it raises the bad cholesterol that leads to cause certain disorders in a human body like the blockage of heart and so on.
