Prozac is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor which is used to manage depression, and also sometimes obsessive compulsive disorder and bulimia and it helps many people recover from depression, and it has fewer unwanted effects than older antidepressants. Lexapro is an antidepressant of the particular serotonin reuptake inhibitor class and it is mostly used to managevital depressive disorder or derived anxiety disorder.
