Concept introduction: The term “MHC” denotes “Major Histocompatibility Complex” molecule. This molecule is the host protein that presents the “antigen fragment” on the surface of the cell. It is essential for “T cells” to make the foreign antigen. In the same manner, the “MHC molecules” identify the cells from another person as foreign and attack them.
