Operating budget:

Operating budget are budgets which are prepared for the functional areas of a company. Some of the operating budgets are sales budget, production budget, direct material budget, direct labor budget, manufacturing overhead budget and etc.

To determine:

1. Prepare sales budget of Huber for the first quarter of 2017.

2. Prepare production budget of Huber for the first quarter of 2017.

3. Prepare direct materials budget, direct labor budget, and manufacturing overhead budget for the first quarter of 2017.

4. Prepare Huber’ cost of goods sold budget for the first quarter of 2017.

5. Prepare selling and administrative expense budget for the first quarter of 2017.
